This laboratory, in cooperation with the Customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and with accreditation from the National Standards Organization, acts on the identification, analysis, and matching of the nature of the sample.

Takta Company Identity Determination Laboratory:

This laboratory, in cooperation with the Customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and with accreditation from the National Standards Organization, provides opinions and activities by using test methods such as national and international standards or SOPs (validated methods) regarding identification, analysis, and matching the nature of the identified sample with the specifications and description of the Harmonized Commodity System (HS) code in order to refer customs experts to the correct tariff in Iran.

The role of the characterization laboratory :

After the laboratory identifies and comments on the goods, the following items are confirmed to customs experts:

Determining the correct tariff of the goods in terms of classification;
Determining the value of the goods;
Determining the necessary permits for the import or export of goods;
Determining customs duties;
Determining the legal prohibition on the import and export of goods;
Determining the need to examine the goods in the annexes of the book of export and import regulations.
